Small Capacity Liquid Oxygen Plant
A TYPE Range  20 LITRES/hr to 60 LITRES/hr (with liquid production LOX and LIN)

(For 100% Liquid Production to Fill Liquid Tanks or 50% gas & 50% liquid) For Production of Liquid Nitrogen/ Oxygen to Fill In Tanks, With leakproof SS column and skid mounted version for highly pure medical and industrial use oxygen.


BASIC PRINCIPLE


The offered oxygen plant taps nitrogen and oxygen gases from the atmosphere air. Moisture and carbon dioxide are separated from the process air in the molecular sieve purification system. Cryogenic Cooling liquifies the air making use of the latest plate and fin, high efficiency heat exchangers and expanders. The air separation column separates the liquid air into oxygen and inert gases. Liquid storage tank stores the liquid oxygen.

SPECIAL FEATURES OF LIQUID OXYGEN PLANTS

PROCESS DESCRIPTION :

Air Compressor : Air is compressed at a low pressure of 5-7 bar (0.5-0.7mpa), making use of the latest compressors (Screw/Centrifugal Type).

Pre Cooling System : The second process stage requires use of a refrigerant for pre-cooling of processed air to temperature around 12 degrees Celsius before it enters the purifier.

Purification of Air By Purifier : The air is passed into a purifier made up of twin molecular Sieve driers that function alternatively. The process air is processed to separate the carbon dioxide and moisture by the molecular sieve, before the air reaches at air separation unit.

Cryogenic Cooling of Air By Expander : The air is cooled to sub zero temperatures for liquefaction. Turbo expander allows for the cryogenic refrigeration and cooling, that cools the air to temperature below -165 to-170 deg C.

Separation of Liquid Air into Nitrogen & Oxygen by Air Separation Column : The oil free, carbon dioxide free and moisture free air enters the low pressure plate fin type heat exchanger. The air is cooled inside the heat exchanger below sub zero temperatures by air expansion process in the expander. It is expected to achieve a difference delta as minimum as 2 degree Celsius at the warm end of exchangers. As the air reaches at the air separation column, it gets liquified and separated into nitrogen and oxygen by rectification process.

Liquid Oxygen is Filled in a Liquid Storage Tank : Liquid oxygen is filled in a liquid storage tank, connected to the liquefier creating an automatic system. Liquid oxygen is taken out from the tank using a hose pipe.

Medium Capacity Liquid Oxygen Plant

A TYPE Range - 80 LITRES/hour-170 LITRES/hour (with liquid production LOX and LIN)

Using this Liquid oxygen (LOX) plant, one can generate100% liquid oxygen to be stored into liquid storage tanks or 50% gas & 50% liquid. This plant makes use of leak-proof SS column and skid mounted version for highly pure medical and industrial oxygen for oxygen/nitrogen production for filling tanks.

Large Capacity Liquid Oxygen Plant

A TYPE Range 200 LITRES/hour-1000 LITRES/hour (with liquid production LOX and LIN)

100% liquid oxygen (LOX) and liquid nitrogen (LIN) are generated by the large capacity liquid oxygen plant, which are filled into cryogenic storage tanks. LOX plant can also generate 50% oxygen or 50% gas.

Our LOX plants or LIN plants make use of leak-proof SS column and skid mounted version for highly pure industrial and medical use oxygen.

Liquid Oxygen is Stored in a Liquid Storage Tank : Liquid storage tank in which liquid oxygen is stored is connected to the liquefier forming an automatic system. Liquid oxygen is taken out from the tank using a hose pipe.
