Product Description

Since our inception year 1985, our company has been betrothed to manufacture, export and supply Liquid Oxygen Nitrogen Plants. The offered plants are designed for the fractional distillation of air to produce oxygen as well as nitrogen gas for variegated applications. These plants are assembled by our seasoned professionals using utmost quality components and advanced techniques in adherence with international quality standards. As per the specific needs of clients, these Liquid Oxygen Nitrogen Plants are available with us in various technical specifications at market leading prices. These plants operate by compressing the atmospheric using centrifugal type compressor at a pressure around 5-7 bar. Then, the compressed air is passed through pre cooling system to lower down the temperature below 12 deg C for the further processing into the purifier for efficiently extracting the impurities present as moisture, hydrocarbon and carbon dioxide with the aid of molecular sieves. After this, the gaseous mixture is further passed through the cryogenic refrigeration chamber for the efficient cooling for liquification at the temperature below -165 to-170 deg C. Moreover, these plants are equipped with air separation column for the safe separation of oxygen and nitrogen in different chambers with a purity of 99.6% and 99.9% respectively. Furthermore, the oxygen and nitrogen gas can be filled at 150 bar or higher pressures in the desired containers.
